"Your hard work and craftsmanship to this industry and the Home Builders Association of Connecticut is a credit to be held out for all your peers in the building trades. The selection process is extremely competitive and the award winners represent an elite group of home builders in the state." -Joanne Carroll, JMC Resources & HOBI Awards Chairman Cerreta Builders
Cerreta Builders is known for its high standard of quality craftsmanship and workmanship. Our many satisfied customers can attest to this fact. Now, our peers at The Home Builders Association of Connecticut have presented us with two state recognition awards.
Cerreta Builders earned these awards for the construction of a spectacular, 7,000-square-foot stone-and-shingle home on Lantern Hill Road in Westport. This Georgian colonial revival features a blend of classic old world charm coupled with all the modern amenities you would expect in a new home. The home includes details such as a two-story entry foyer with a limestone floor, curved staircase and recessed paneling; a professional culinary custom kitchen; a coffered-ceiling living room with a stone fireplace; a cherry wood library; and a marble master bath with split vanities, a curved ceiling and whirlpool tub. This six-bedroom house also features five fireplaces; a gunite pool; a formal powder room with Venetian plastered walls, custom paneled archways and built-in bookshelves.
